Techniques & equipment used

In our Science excursions, students participate in guided and small group activities to record observations, conduct surveys and collect biotic and abiotic data using field equipment.

Field activities include identifying flora and fauna, observing and documenting their adaptations, scientific drawing, biological testing, analysing rock and soil samples, and conducting quadrat and transect surveys.
